Carlos was very helpful and patient. Very good service
Terrible service from Carlos, I needed to have documents notarized, he received them,then he told me were $20 in cash, as I didn't have them I had to use the ATM there which charged me $5 in fees, he made me wait around 20 minutes while he spoke on the phone, then he gave me back the money and the documents because he could not notarize them...It made me waste time and money and I never knew why he rejected them, they were affidavits, He works with a bad attitude, he must learn to work with people

Kelly is very thorough and professional. It was my first time into an Amscot in need to fix my window of my car after hurricane Milton. And she was so helpful and had me feel at ease! Thank you Kelly you are great and a wonderful asset.
