I had an excellent experience at the amscot store thanks to Dakia and Sasha. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, professional, and genuinely kind. They were efficient without ever feeling rushed,my transaction was completed in under two minutes, seamlessly and stress-free. Their service was courteous, attentive, and highly competent. This is what great customer service looks like: quick execution, clear communication, and a human touch. Easily one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had.
