This place has terrible customer service . I came in for a cash advance . The lady didn’t even greet me just ask me what I need . She deliberately went through and type my information up very slow, there was no sense of urgency. Stay away from this amscot. Customer service is terrible. I thought amscot don't do credit check, but the overweight black girl told me I was denied because of my credit. Nasty attitude and overweight. Get some customer service training and go on a diet. Maybe you would be more friendly to customer.
This place took my money for a money order in exchange and then system went down and they couldn’t give me the money order. Long story short I actually had to call the police to get my money back because they wouldn’t give me my 200 dollars back or money order.
The young lady is very good and helpful the manger she speaks English and Spanish Maggie
