Stopped by this Emscott location late at night, and the experience was frustrating. Chantelle at the counter seemed annoyed when one of my accounts didn’t work. When I asked to try another account from Chime, she said it probably wouldn’t go through either. Well, I sent it anyway—and it worked perfectly. She didn’t seem too happy about being wrong. Went to Amscot really earlier to get some business transactions done and the service rep Bridgette was amazing, helpful and right to my point. For all I had to do, I was shocked she got me out of there in 5 minutes. Super fast and convenient no matter the time, I would recommend this place to everyone… Oh don’t forget the offer FREE money orders!
Received my first Amscot Money Order for $10. To cash it at Amscot, where it was issued, you have to create a profile account first before they will cash it??? For $10???
