Great customer service
Poor customer service . They all have poor communication skills . not to mention short staff they need help waited 30mins for a money order

I was definitely satisfied with Miss Bruna. She did a great job. She is competent and she takes time to help people. I would definitely recommend people to Amscot. In fact, she deserves a raise. Keep up the good work Bruna!
Disrespectful and a Disgrace to customer service. This was my first and very last time doing business with Amscott especially this location. I came in to print important Documents and was greeted rudely by a black Haitian, curly wig teller in the blue long sleeve Amscot shirts. The attendant pointed at the glass for me to scan a QR code .So I read the email address right under the code and asked the teller if I could just send it to the email address listed because I was having a difficult time with the QR code and really do... read more
