I've always use this Amscot and everytime I had a problem or I couldn't make due they would always help me with open arms polite and very professional. 5 stars all across the borders with this staff. Thank you
Natalia was very helpful, sweet and kind. She made my experience with her very comfortable.
If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. Customer "service" was horrible. Natalia had quite the attitude and was sarcastic with her responses. She refused to explain the process properly, despite my asking questions, and tried to give me less than what I was qualified for. Eventually, she got frustrated with me and called corporate, who finally gave me a higher amount.
