This is my first and last time at this Amscot. The service is terrible, borderline on disgusting. I arrive and go to the window and wait because one of the workers is busy. Someone else comes in after my worker and serves the person who came in after me first. When she serves me, she is arrogant, foul-mouthed, aggressive. Truly disgusting service. There was no one waiting. It was just me, and I waited for over 20 minutes. They refused to serve me. Very bad service. I recommend only going to this place during the day. They don't want to work at night.

This Amscot was amazing. The staff was very kind and courteous, especially Celiana. Celiana was very knowledgeable and kind, she helped me understand the payday loan process. Celiana deserves a raise and promotion.

Went here to pay a bill, withdrew money from their ATM but their ATM didn't have enough money to cover the amount I withdrew and so they gave me partial cash and still took the full amount out of my account. I'm now stuck waiting on the missing amount to be refunded to my card.
