Terrible customer service.
All reps were available and ready to work quickly to get what I needed done and out the door. Great customer service, they go above and beyond. Love it.
Although I try not to go to Amscot, I am grateful that they are available 24/7. I got amazing service by Chris. He was very patient and understanding and worked with me to process my installment loan.
