Come in to get a simple letter notarized, Just to have a bunch of smoke blown up our rear ends. I have worked in law offices for over 30 years as a notary and NEVER had to go through or hear such BS. Poor service!
My first experience trying to set up my account went terrible open me 1hour and a half just to take me I need to have a physical copy turn me away so be aware to bring ur id my second time going to a different location actually went a lil smooth but still time consuming so be aware
