Shiqueta provided excellent customer service. I have been trying to get to the amscot payment portal for weeks so I pulled up to the amscot off clarcona and the agent was very patient with me she provided information on how to get to the website after trying and trying I was not able to pull up the right area and so I asked if she could pull it up for me she did I was able to make my payment and I saved the site on my desktop so I don't have any issues the next time should I not get text messages.
