Extremely understaffed. Employees not getting paid enough if they aren't many employees actually here at a 24/7 location. Waited 30+ minutes to send money abroad because one girl was training a new girl and jumping from one station to another, making me move stations cause only some of the computers worked. 5:51pm on 6/24
Tyshaia was excellent! She was professional and quick in processing my WU pickup! She redeemed Amscot for me after a bad experience at another location. I love how she counted the money slowly enough to be counted, because some are so fast your eyes can't keep up. I'm still not a fan of the ways and procedures, but if I have to do business with a "financial services" place I'll definitely come to this location.
The personnel at THIS location on Lake Underhill and Alafaya are stellar! No matter how busy they may be, they are helpful, courteous and efficient. They are ALWAYS so pleasant and smiling. I always know when someone from another branch comes in because they lack the customer service that the usual staff exhibits. “Grade A” courtesy and efficiency. Well done!!
