Shout out to Alyssa!!! She’s awesome at customer service. She understands how to make a persons day so much brighter!! Down to a money order to cash advances she’s brilliant when it comes to it.
Dennis is extremely rude and does not work well under pressure. It was super busy and I understand that. He seemed annoyed that he had to work. He “apologized” at the end by saying “You guys walked in at the wrong time”. That’s no excuse. As a manager his job is to be professional and keep it together. Not lose his shit when it gets busy. There shouldn’t be a “wrong time” to walk in to an establishment for service. Will not be coming back to this location.
Alyssa is such a dedicated and amazing employee who consistently goes above and beyond she is honestly such a great asset to amscot and I have no doubt that she will continue to achieve great things in her career. I highly recommend her to get more appreciation !!
