Kevin was tremendously helpful, entire process was as pain-free as can be and super fast
Actually it started off rocky- you can go to any window to be served and the agent didn't greet me just said can you move to a window where a computer is? I'm like it's ok I will move. She got better she's new and she was assisting another person as well . It ended better than it started.
