Kevin and Alyssa have been one of the upmost genuine helping souls. They are amazing
So I am escaping a domestic violence relationship and had to close my bank accounts, but at the time that I went into this particular, Amscot, my bank account was still open, but I needed to get a payday loan and showed that I have a chime account that is where the direct deposit would be sent my next paycheck. Instead, the staff judged me and refused me without asking the right questions or asking for proof of where my next paycheck would be deposited. I do not recommend. Find better staff.
Alyssa has the best customer service credentials I have ever seen! She has always been there for me and helps me even when I don’t think there’s a way that ai can be helped. Super nice and smart. She goes far and beyond to make you understand and help you with your business. I see a great future for her there or any where else! Bigups!
I enjoyed the customer service, very friendly folks. Alyssa helped me out because i am brand new with using Amscot and she was very patient and understanding.
Shout out to Alyssa!!! She’s awesome at customer service. She understands how to make a persons day so much brighter!! Down to a money order to cash advances she’s brilliant when it comes to it.
