Is good customer service a thing anymore??? Management please take some time and teach your staff “Michelle” - Customer Service etiquette with all customers, not just some! When I come in the branch I have yet to see her smile!! Its been different times and dates and so now it’s time to say something. Remember, customers are the reason we all have a job!!!!
