This company is dumb as all hell, called them and told them to take the money out that I owed and than said they would, than these idiots call me 2 days later and tells me that they are taking the money out that I owe since I haven't paid yet, so I waited another 3 days for them to take it out and than a 4 dollar charge came thru and than the very next morning and it took the money out. I walked in and was talking to my spouse about how much money we were sending to his family when a lady named Taina I think that she was Spanish, she started screaming hello hello very rudely to me and my spouse waving her hands around with an attitude so instead of doing business today I just decided to go somewhere else, if you do not enjoy working with people then you should not be working customer service for amscot, thank you and have a blessed day.
