The lady helping us was very demanding, almost snatching my mother's phone from her hand, and just taking snapshots and sending emails from her phone without her permission. She obviously didn't know what she was doing, and did not speak English very well. She needs to be either fired or taught properly because she is not very customer friendly. She wasn't even wearing a name tag which made it very unprofessional

This company is dumb as all hell, called them and told them to take the money out that I owed and than said they would, than these idiots call me 2 days later and tells me that they are taking the money out that I owe since I haven't paid yet, so I waited another 3 days for them to take it out and than a 4 dollar charge came thru and than the very next morning and it took the money out. I hate how they make sure and wait till they know your goin to be over drafted to take their money. No reason why they couldn't take the mon... read more
