Well, I was abt to go to another location, I decided to see if this location was open, and it was especially on the 4th of July. The representative explained I had to wait a bit; I didn't mind. Glad I did, it was worth it.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Amscot location because of the manager, Francisco. His customer service was completely unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with respect, he came across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. I left feeling like my concerns did not matter at all. A manager should set an example for the rest of the staff, but my experience with Francisco was the exact opposite. His attitude made what should have been a simple visit unnecessarily frustrating.
