I've been seeing Angela since May and with her help have managed to carry on doing a multitude of sporting events after being hit with a nasty plantar fasciitis. Angela knows her stuff and will sort you out :)
Visiting Angela on a monthly basis keeps my muscles free of problems. Strong Sports Massage which relieves aches and tension.... feels like walking on air after each session...
If you want all the aches and pains gone then Angela is the one. Have had many massages but this is the best one I have ever had, a real deep tissue massage. Have been going to Angela for 4 years would not want anyone else to deal with my problems. Fits you in if a problem arises. Highly recommend.
Having tried a lot different sport massage therapists in the past arriving with the same issue, Angela immediately got to the route cause and gave treatment for the specific problem rather than a general massage. I've gone away with a clear treatment plan and a routine to improve the issue going forward.
I have had back problems ever since an accident a few years ago and Angela has been instrumental in the long process of getting it better, she always looks further than the problem area and in my case found the area of pain was not the source, she did such a good job of sorting all my muscular issues that when I finally went to see an osteopath - to sort the skeletal side of things- they didn't have to battle through layers of scar tissue, she was definately the turning point and the start of a chain of events that mean I ca... read more
