Wish 0 stars was an option. I called at 11:00 p.m in 2 degree weather asking for a ride with a friend because we were across campus from our dorms. As soon as the call picked up, i was cut off by someone just shooting commands at me instead of asking if we were safe. After i gave my info, i was told it would be a 40 minute wait if not LONGER because safewalk only had TWO SEATS in a humongous campus with thousands of students who potentially needed that service. I was celebrating my 19th birthday with my sisters and we had a bit to drink, on the 99 back to campus my phone died so my sister called SafeWalk on her phone for me. They asked for my phone number and i explained that my phone was dead and they HUNG UP ON ME. The whole point of the service is to make sure people get home safe and when I needed them most they basically told me that I was on my own.
