The initial planning stage, pickup of my items, and storage (about 4 months) went fine. For delivery at the other end, I was given a two-week window and didn't know until a week beforehand what the actual day and time of delivery would be – that made planning ahead to be on site – on the other side of the country from where I am currently staying – somewhat difficult. I can not say enough good things about this moving company. From the first visit to our home by the estimator, Jim Diskin, to the office manager Val Hardwick, to the packers who came on time on the assigned day and carefully wrapped and packed ALL of our items and then loaded them, again with care, onto the truck...to the people at the other end who unloaded the truck and stored our stuff for 4 months prior to our move, to those who crated our stuff and got it to the ship, to Michael Gilbert of Grace Relocation who arranged ... read more

These guys were the greatest, they took good care and wrapped everything without being asked to, they labeled all the packages and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be more happy !
