Jonathan was much more than I expected walking into a parts store. Cheerful gret greeting seemed sincerely concerned about my plight. And away he went looking for my thing. Tried several different solutions. Asked for help and git it and resolved my problem. He didn't just point in a direction name an aisle he got up and brought the possible solutions. Customer service how it should be.
