I went to pick up part for faucet and really appreciated ELMER'S assistance for several minutes. At first we thought the part wasn't available but he persevered and located it. He also gave me some useful tips about fitting the cartridge into my faucet. Elmer assured me that it was simple to do the fitting, he gave me confidence to try! Also the waiting area with free coffee is really nice.
Lester did a great job of helping me out today. My husband sent me to get a part for something that I had no idea what was going on and Lester was kind enough to guide me through it

We've called Amre a few times for random parts, for our fridge, washing machine and dw. They've always had what we needed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is our go to for parts. Yes we could have ordered our parts from Amazon, however, sometimes it great to support a local company y and speak to someone who has the knowledge to help you. Thanks Amre for your help!
