Horrible accountant! He never sent our tax documents to the CRA! I called the CRA and they confirmed they never received the documents! I called Carlos’ office over 5 times and they kept saying the same thing: that the CRA is late on paying me. But upon calling the CRA directly, they confirmed that they still do not have our documents, which were filed in April 2026!!! No use in contacting this useless office and this useless accountant. I now need to re-file my taxes! Waste of $70 for useless service. Shame on you!
