I contacted Geo about a month ago. Gave him a window of time. He gave me a quote. Tomorrow is the last day of that window, and he never contacted me. After contacting him and being put on hold, he tells me they can't find anyone for that price. I'm leaving in a couple of days, and have no backup plan. I'm not sure if he was gouging me for more money, or just incompetent. Either way, do not do business with these people. Brutal.

The initial conversation was very professional. All of my questions were answered. I signed the papers for a scheduled pick-up date. In the days leading up to pick-up, there was no communication. The scheduled pick-up day arrived. I called and emailed...no response. My car is still sitting in my driveway. I would have been very understanding if the company had an unexpected event occur, but seems like they could have communicated.
