Worst experience ever. Came on 11/25/24 at 9:45am. Bought large coffee and was extremely hot to hold even with sleeve on. So my only option was to double cup it. I let the lady know at register that I double cup it because of issue. Then she talk to the lady next to her in Spanish, then I was told they would have to charge me for me using the cup.
