Tried to get air tonight at the gas station, our tire was so flat that we didn’t want to drive on it, but they would not allow us to get air without purchasing gas. After getting gas and making our tire and rim worse, Rodell the worker gave my girlfriend attitude so she was scared to ask him to turn on the air. Then I decided to go in, he asked what pump number, I told him I was unsure. I then gave him the receipt and he gave me attitude and was extremely hostile and unprofessional. I understand it’s 12:00 a.m and you probably hate your work hours but please be a little more courteous to your customers. I’m traveling from Salinas and had to stop for gas and to use the restroom and employee wasn’t specific to wear exactly the key or the restroom was.
A review a month after my first review. UPDATE!! This arco really misses the spot with me. It's a shame being that I will make a purchase from Arco everyday. But today. I walked out. And didn't buy anything. Not even gas even though I needed it. I decided to use my Arco card at a completely different gas station which will end up charging me more but I find it hard to continue to give my money and make purchases to an Arco that misses the mark. This location is supposed to be 24/7 It’s a Tuesday @2:30am and a male associate was outside cleaning, and says there closed ..? How are they closed but your still working? And he was very rude when addressing it. Been coming here for years! Worst experience yet, they can do better!!
Awesome service provided by Raul? Cashier helped me out with my bags of ice, brought those to my car in the middle of the night.
