Staff is never available, and have to sit and wait for 45minutes to an hour for a shift change while the doors are locked even though the previous shift left already.
My roommate grabbed me a fountain drink with ice from their machine and when I looked at it there was a mucus like bit of mold floating in it.
The women working behind the counter need a lesson in "customer hospitality", because their demeanor was anything but "hospitable".
