Faulty pumps, cant pay at pump, must go inside.
Charging $33.00 for def fluid. As if having overpriced fuel isn't bad enough, you’re charging over 100% more than any other store. There are too many other gas stations to give price gougers my money.
Had an old guy cashier in a wheelchair call me cute and saw him lick his lips and stare at me as I left. I'm 16.
Tried to call to speak to a manager can’t get through, there’s a colored woman who works swing she was so rude didn’t say a “hi” or anything she threw the money at me as down right disrespectful, I know customer service and that lady isn’t it, I have been a manager for numerous gas stations if I was her boss I would of gotten rid of her by now. Very unprofessional
Charging me for the carwash membership that I don’t remember signing up for. Then I try to call them to cancel the membership and they’re either ignoring the phone or have it disconnected. Absolute terrible customer service. Update: The owner of the store replied to my review asking to call a 1-800 number. This phone number leads you to an automated message that tells you to email about customer inquiries and doesn’t give you an option to talk to an actual person.
