Calling VISA to report that this gas station is charging illegal card usage fees for using a debit card. If you were charged a "fee" for simply paying with a debit card I strongly urge you to call your bank and visa or mastercard etc. Even if it is only $0.50...report it. This business risks losing merchants and can be fined thousands of dollars for every time it does this illegal business practice.
