June 21, 2024 Wife & I stopped in at 601 E Yakima Ave, Yakima, WA 98901 around 18:30 hours. The parking lot had three men digging threw the garbages. Went in & there were three men standing infront of door with backpacks talking to the guy behind counter. I got 2 XXL sodas. Dr pepper & a sprite. Went up to pay. One of the employees stole my mother in laws phone and wallet containing over 1000$ cash and her credit cards and ID. Trying to reach them but no response from them. Pressing felony charges for theft over 1000$
Bad customer service they have nasty fountain drinks and its not a very clean place
Obviously I don't expect anyone at AM/PM to believe I was shorted 10 bucks of the cash back I requested in conjunction with my transaction earlier this evening so I have no intention of wasting my time telling them about it. However, if you visit the AM/PM on Yakima Ave, and request cash back, please consider counting it before walking away from the counter.
