Do not use the carwash! My jeep was damaged in the carwash a few weeks back and all they have been doing is giving the run around. The manager plays dumb and acts like she’s calling the owner every time I go in to ask for an update. They do not answer the phone and the manager is only available in the morning so i need to leave work in order to make contact.

There is only one bathroom with no toilet paper and the toilet seat and sink had profanities carved in them. The bathroom was very dirty and we are unable to get gas without paying at the counter first.

.35 cent debit card fee just to listen to ads while you get gas. Just one unisex bathroom so don’t expect a peaceful experience

Pumps are always broken. Absolutely absurd at a brand new gas station. Half the time they have the pumps turned off at night so you can't use them at all. I'd say this is the most pathetic Arco station ever, but unfortunately I've seen worse! (Right now I'm having to hold the gas pump because the piece to hold the trigger in place is broken. At a "new" station? Ridiculous!)
