Extremely rude and unprofessional. Spent a considerable amount of money for something that didn’t work. Had to go back to get a replacement. The replacement didn’t work. Went back AGAIN to get a refund and the man behind the counter who was incredibly rude and inconsiderate said no that it’s not his fault and it’s my problem. I got charged tax on peanuts. Peanuts are not taxable in washington state. This is not the first time i've been disappointed at this location.

This isn't the first time this guy has been rude to us. There have been plenty of times that I have gone into the store while this guy is working, and he tells us that the EBT machine is down. I'm not sure if he just doesn't know how to work the software or if he's just rude. He's even told my son that it's broken. However, when I go in during the day, they always allow me to use my EBT card. This night he was rude and said my pack of cigarettes wasn't on sale. When clearly, the box says it is.
