Why are you taking people’s money for car washes when it’s not working? You need to offer refunds or put up signs saying it’s not working. The cashier was the most unhelpful person ever!
Ben to this gas station 3 times & for some readon everytime at night the restrooms are “not working” worst costumer service. It seems like your employees dont even want to work because they treat people like is a burden when they actually are getting payed to.
Have always been a fan of am/pm. I do not like the new coffee system and am not happy that there is no longer high voltage mocha . The cashier acted like it was a burden to check the machine when i told him 3 times that it was just pouring out hot water. Finally he opened it up and tapped the container inside. It then dispensed very little mixed product . The new coffee machine put out very weak extremely diluted coffee. It tasted like hot water . I loved the old am/pm coffee.
