Worst customer service
I used to wonder why they had the worst rating I’ve ever seen in my life. Today I understood why. This is the absolute worst ampm you could ever visit. This name has always been associated with excellent service, but this specific branch is terrible
I came in here just a few minutes ago, and they have a "buy 2 get 1 free" offer for 12oz Red Bull. They have a station right in front of the cashier, yet they are putting 8oz cans and charging you for them, so they make a profit. After I told the cashier about it, she said that she did not know how to do a refund and to wait for her manager until 10 am. Who works as a cashier and does not know how to do a refund?
