My 17 year old daughter was getting gas at the 3775 Massachusetts Ave gas station when she was accosted by two older men, one was an employee.. She pulled up to a pump, put her credit card in the machine and it said lift handle and pump. She pumped gas but the machine stopped at $15. She thought that was odd and was getting her card out again when two men (no am/pm uniform) were quickly walking twords her. Great enviroment, best fuel prices vs Shell and Chevron (both also in same intersection). Employees try very hard to make sure hot food and variety are always available as well as fresh toppings put out every day. Fresh coffee and fresh baked cookies, fountain and frozen drinks always available. Store and bathroom cleanliness are always a top priority. Just came in this store for a can of ON(nicotine pouches). The sign said, buy 5, save $5. I asked the cashier if that was correct. He said yes, so I said I'll take 5. After paying and getting my receipt, I realized he did not give me the $5 discount. The cashier then said, there was nothing he could do. When I questioned him more, he PULLS OUT HIS ON WALLET, grabs his debit,SLAMS HIS WALLET ON THE GLASS TABLE, GOES AND GETS $20 out of the ATM, and tries to give to me very, very hostile. This place has the rudest employee i have met, hes so 2faced is frankly sad. Ive had great interactions spending combined 1000s of dollars and government assistance (so they should be familiar and properly trained how to use the system) very recently i may add, until today when he wanted to scowl at me an the bad mouth me to his cowork in his native language in front of me, the tried to keep me 1$ i paid to fix his ignorance, he tells me, " its now 8.99 but you cant see it. I was there to buy 2 24 packs of water water and the guy working there this morning was horribly rude and had me do his job of getting the item scan bar for him. After that he harassed me because I stated a 24 pack of bottled water had some weight to it, telling me even women had no weight concerns with a 24 pack of water "????" . I have been stopping @ this place for more than 5 years , buying coffee almost every weekday or gassing up. But that guy will now make think twice, I will go across the street to the 7/11. Patricia that works there is very rude. On Saturday you get free any size coffee for free with the app. And yet she said it's not free. Everytime I go in she gives me problem. I will file a lawsuit against ampm. Patricia needs to get fired. I will call the manager on Monday.
