Bad customer service
If I could give this store a zero it will get a zero. I literally spend thousands here filling up my work truck. No more after today's experience. Came it to purchase a USB C to C cable. Instead a USB A to C was purchased. Instead of honoring an exchange or store credit, they would not help in any way. We never even walked out of the store or opened the box or left the clerks table.
