On 9-21-26 at 4:00pm I went in to buy some nicotine pouches that are typically $4 and some change. When he told me the total it was over $9, when I questioned it he said its the normal price... until I went to take a photo of the screen then all of a sudden he "fixed" the price to the $4.
On August 17, around 10:30–11:00 PM, I politely asked a male employee of Indian nationality for a cigarette. Although he gave me one, he then started shouting loudly and singing in a very unpleasant and inappropriate manner. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Employees should know how to behave respectfully around customers and other people. Management should address this kind of behavior and remind staff that basic respect and professionalism are expected in the workplace.
