I had the absolute best experience thanks to Sonny today! I was aiming for the Large drink because it was a great value, but I misread the menu and accidentally ordered the XL. Sonny not only helped me realize the mix-up but went above and beyond with an incredible act of kindness: he paid for the entire XL drink! I've been in there twice to get a starbucks canned drink. They are on sale 2/$5. Both times it doesn't ring up that amount, it's more. The 1st time, there happened to be a manager there to override the problem, but the 2nd time, the cashier said she can't do anything about it, so i just had to pay more than what the drinks are advertised for. I guarantee if I go in now, same thing will happen, no one there who can do anything about it, and I would just have to pay what they ring up at instead of the advertised price. I may c... read more
