The customer service at this location is the absolute worst, the night shift employee locks customers in and proceeded to insult me using a string of profanities for attempting to leave the building without his assistance. I will never shop at a nother AMPM again if this is what I can expect.
My boyfriend and I entered the store, the only employee on duty was making out with a man in the middle of the store, blocking access to parts of the aisle and soda area. During our purchase, the man repeatedly interrupted and reached over my boyfriend’s shoulder while the employee was helping him. My boyfriend and I intended to make separate purchases, but the employee combined them into one transaction without asking.
