I was picking up my friend last Sunday (Father's Day) evening (around 9 p.m.) in front of the mini mart. There was this man (w/ facial hair); not sure if it was an employee or the owner. He was so kind to constantly insist the person waiting for me to come into the store to wait as it would be safer and not as cold. My friend was not even a customer of their yet. But you know what, for such a kind gesture and courtesy; I must have sent a dozen or so of my neighbors to that location for gas.
