Manager Wouldn'texchange, a stale bag of corn puffs because she said I bought them two days ago ??? and I'm like I live in the East Bay. I can't come over here to exchange a two dollar bag of chips but she wouldn't exchange them nonetheless so I'm gonna exchange them myself next time I come in ! I'm not gonna be ripped off by AM PM selling inferior products and then not honoring it. She didn't care if I had a receipt or anything and that's BS. The place is always closed at night sometimes I have to wait like 40 minutes. Sometimes for 20 to 30 minutes for emergency they call it and right after that another 20 to 30 minutes for shift change.
This place keeps getting worse and worse. It all started when they stopped serving hot food in the evenings — a huge mistake, since most Uber drivers around here work nights and used to stop for a quick meal. That was the first warning sign, and it’s only gone downhill since then. They removed all the good food, all the fresh toppings — everything that made it worth stopping for.
