“I’m extremely disappointed. My daughter paid $15 for gas, but the pump didn’t work. When she went inside to ask for a refund, they refused to call a manager and claimed no manager was available. She left very upset, and we will not be returning. Terrible customer service.”
Several times their "rewards options" on the gas pumps are not working which prevents you from getting the "rewards discount". The rest, it is a convenience store though.
