Went in to get slurpees and a pepperoni stick for my pup. The sign said it was 1.29. Maureen attempted to charge me 3.34 for the same item. All of there prices are wrong and instead of providing good customer service and making it right like I would, she was rude and COMPLETELY unhelpful. That woman should not be allowed to work alone. She tried to give us back the wrong change because she couldn't work the register and was trying to use a calculator
They charge 75 cents for a cup of ice... even if it is your own cup!!!
A convenience store supposed to have bathrooms open. This bathroom is always out of order so if you have to go don't go here
I don’t normally review anything but I feel compelled to. I have gone to this AM/PM for a while. I’ve seen the cashiers yell at the guests and one even asked me to be on her side of an argument she caused. I get better customer service from the vendors that are only there to stock their product. The last three times I’ve been, it’s smelled like rotten garbage. The second time I walked in and walked out gagging. That’s disgusting. I went into this store and charged $23.50 on my card at 1130am. About 4 hours later around 3pm they had an "additional ATM charge", as my bank called it,for the exact amount I spent earlier come off my card without me knowing it. Anyone knows you cant pull $23.50 from an actual ATM. Once I found out, I told them about it, showed them my bank statement and they refused to even acknowledge that I was telling the truth.
