The Asian guy was very rude. I have a AMPM that I purchased and I use it just to get ice he told me I had to pay for the ice,when I have my own cup that I purchased already. If Im getting gas and have my own cup what am I paying for? The Indian guy came from the back in a threatning manner to me and I asked him what was he going to do! I am a woman! Don't go there they lack RESPECT
The 1 star is for the nice Asian guy who works here and 0 stars for the Indian guy who refuses to refill the Whipcream for the ice coffee he told , 3 different lies first it was the Oakland high school kids used it up 2nd lie was i ask him to refill it He says its Frozen. Tomorrow it will be some I said ok I will come tomorrow he then lol and said order a different drink - so basically its not going to be filled you just lied to me 3 times ! This is further from my house but I love going there when the Asian guy is there. He is always pleasant and gives me back my correct change. I love the cookies and have gotten them for years. I look for and appreciate people who cater to their customers.
