Horrible customer service not only an associate but the manager as well. Very disappointed
Please don’t stop If you Road trip I just spent 30 minutes waiting in line for AMEM staff to clean the restroom They were only cleaning the ladies room and did not let me or my family use. The one that was available. There was three people ahead of me. I had just stopped to purchase. For my road trip spent $75 and still couldn’t use the restroom
I come here almost every night in a tractor trailer and get in the way of traffic, and I have yet to be confronted. The employees generally ignore me, which I prefer. The homeless haven't harassed me much lately. Cold drinks and cookies are always available, although the hot food is usually gone by the time I get there. 😔 Also, i really like the app, my kids love doing the scratchers and I like free stuff. Bathrooms "closed for cleaning". Stop at Love's 1.8 miles before this gas station
I believe the location can do better. The air was broken, and the water nozzle was on the ground in a nasty puddle. However , the manager is a sweetheart. Inside is clean and well kept. They just need to little better customer care to everyone. I will keep you posted.
