Wow I am not surprised at the reviews. Twice I have encountered an issue with this location and especially with Desiree. I go on to get something and cannot reach it so I ask for help and today I was told I can "just climb" up there to get it. I suppose I could to not be a bother but did not want to risk fall and injuring myself. These employees need to be more helpful and realize they are on the clock. Mariana was also not helpful. Sad to say the males ( which were not there today) are much more helpful.

I'm traveling at night, coming to get gas, and I need the restroom, and the cashier tells me about a non-existent rule, saying the restroom is closed at night. This is truly ridiculous. Ten months ago, someone made a similar comment, and you responded by apologizing and saying you'd fix the problem. After reading this post, I came here thinking the problem was resolved, and the situation remains the same. The problem is either you or your employees. Stopped in for Gas as we were traveling at 4:30 am, went inside to let my daughter go potty really quick and the bathroom doors were locked so I asked the worker if we could use the key. She told us bathrooms don’t open until 6am. Stupid rule if we’re paying for gas and the store was open.
