This would be a 5 star except for one employee. There is an older bald man with a beard who usually works at night who is always extremely discourteous to me every time I come in. He will greet every other customer who comes in, but if I say hello, he ignores me. Same for if I say thank you or tell him to have a good night, no response. All the other employees are great, but I was hoping the new management would get rid of that jerk or retrain him to be nice to ALL customers.

If it were possible to give a lower rating, I would. The staff there treat people as if they are superior and believe they have the right to scream and yell at customers. It's a business that seems to be based on racist attitudes. The woman claiming to be in charge, whose name I didn't catch, was a short, unkempt woman with poor dental hygiene, and she appeared to be under the influence of something.
