Technically I would give this location 2 stars but I am giving it 4 because of George. I go to this location almost every morning before work and George is always the one that is so polite and conversational. He is the only reason I still go to this location. Kudos to him and he is an asset to the company!
This would be a 5 star except for one employee. There is an older bald man with a beard who usually works at night who is always extremely discourteous to me every time I come in. He will greet every other customer who comes in, but if I say hello, he ignores me. Same for if I say thank you or tell him to have a good night, no response. All the other employees are great, but I was hoping the new management would get rid of that jerk or retrain him to be nice to ALL customers.
