I went here this morning to get coffee and a few other things. The store was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a huge selection of coffee to choose from even fresh whipped cream! 5 stars in my book at 4:30am this fine morning.
Came early in the morning, only to have the attendant lock the door as I was walking up and put up a sign that said closed From 230 to 330. I thought Am Pm meant that the store was open all hours from am to pm at least every other ampm that I've ever been to was open 24hrs a day. Also there were two employees working one would think that they would take their breaks separately so that the store could remain open, LIKE IT STATES ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!
The next time someone calls me refill there's gonna be a problem in the store y'all think this is funny you think it's a joke because I come in there and only buy one item a refill soda because you don't have any other items that I would normally buy Because y'all stop carrying them that's not my fault that I'm only coming there for one item because you decided to discontinue an item that I normally buy excuse you and your clerks know that so labeling me as something is not acceptable and the manager is the one that was call... read more
I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I've spent a lot of money here but am frequently denied use of the facilities because I'm an unhoused individual. I am not disheveled or unruly. I am very respectful. Staff is hateful and outright MEAN and I know for a fact that I'm polite and do not merit that kind of treatment.
