Very sweet employee. I had a free filled donut reward but they were out of the flavor, so he let me get an alternative flavor.
Wow. How can you possibly have a bad experience at a convenience store? To the point where ppl give you bad reviews… Have the worst customer service and the worst bathrooms and the worst fountain machines. The clerk knew there was no fizz in the machines, knowingly let customers try the machine and not let anyone know the soda was bad. Then not want to put a sign or fix the machine. I asked for credit towards the purchase of a bottle soda and he told me no and said there were no refunds.
Always loved am pm ,but today whoever the lady working had a very rude demeanor,rolled her eyes as she quoted prices..totally unnecessary not a good rep for am pm…. I tried calling the number and everyone gave me a different number , two were no longer working .
The employee who assisted me initially was fantastic--polite, efficient, and quickly resolved my issue/exchange I needed . However, my experience took a sharp downturn when the manager became involved. After the employee had already handled everything I needed, the manager came out and her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.
