I had a very unpleasant experience at this AM/PM location. The woman African American employee working the morning shift was very rude, unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected during my visit. The treatment I received was very different from that of other customers, which left a very bad impression. I hope management will review this type of behavior and better train their staff to provide respectful service to all customers.

Overheard Laurie say “I’m not trying to be racist, but if you come here you should be able to communicate somehow” on 07/11/26 just before 3:00 o’clock! I understand it’s frustrating when there’s a communication breakdown, but if you start with I don’t mean to be racist and double down you are just a racist.

"I just had the best interaction at the AMPM on the Pecos street area. The cashier, who I think was named Jacob was absolutely hilarious and friendly he gave me a spare dollar because I was a dollar short.It's that kind of friendly, funny attitude that makes me choose this location over any other. Excellent service and a great personality to match!
