We’re frequent customers and go almost every day, sometimes twice. We went in on Friday or Saturday afternoon to buy two fountain drinks. One of the drinks was supposed to be free (8 cents) because I use the ampm app. The woman cashier, “Ashley,” double-scanned my friend’s drink and that took my free drink away in the ampm app, then tried to charge me for the second drink, for a total of three transactions.
