There car was does not work! My suv came out the car wash very dirty, I talked to Francis who was extremely rude and she said it's because I paid for the least expensive wash. She said she was not going to scrub it if I paid the least expensive wash. The wash is defective, it's not washing the cars correctly, and Francis did not understand that. I asked for my money and she rudely denied. I had to go to another car wash to get it cleaned. Very bad service at this am pm on dogwood

If I could give them 0 stars I would for their unprofessionalism. I tried calling the 1800 # and yall don't pick up so be it. 😠 it was yesterday around 1:45 pm or so. It was a young lady short with black hair. I can explain what happen if you guys call me back. Thanks
Went this morning and the machine ripped off the plastic from the rear mirror from the driver side and I have been calling to see if the have the part but no answer
