I went to the pump and they charged me 175.35 and it was declined. The money is still pending after day 3 of waiting. Tried calling the 800 number and it didn’t work. What can be done about this

The employees call the customers names. And refuse services to customers. They also pick and choose who they want to serve and if they don't like you they will try to fight you. Extremely rude environment. When you try to get a hold of headquarters there's no one who answers the calls.
